Amber DURAN® YOUTILITY GL 45 Laboratory Bottle System
Can be used for the storage or transport of chemicals sensitive to light: amber coloured glass offers protection against ultraviolet light for light sensitive material
Fully meets the requirements of the USP <660> and Eur. Ph. 3.2.1
Amber colour is permanently fired into the exterior glass surface. The treatment does not affect the properties of the inner surface of the bottle

DURAN® protect laboratory bottle
with DIN thread, GL 45, plastic coated
With easy-to-read scale and large labelling field for easy marking, in fired-on, highly durable white ceramic.
Service temperature limit of the PU plastic coating: –30 °C to +135 °C (instructions for autoclaving, see laboratory catalogue).
The coating provides scratch, leak and splinter protection and is ideally suited to both the transport and storage of hazardous media or valuable samples.
UV protection up to approx. 380 nm wavelength. High transparency. Suitable for microwaving.

The DURAN® Screw Cap GL 45 Thermocouple Holder has a hollow PTFE tube to keep the thermocouple wires straight. This ensures that the thermocouples are held in the correct position in a GL 45 bottle during the sterilisation cycle.
